Home of the Central Blues Australian Football Club

This event will be raising money for Prostate Cancer Research programs at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto - so it's a brilliant cause. The run is held at the picturesque High Park. There are a couple of options for participants:

8km Course (10:00am-Run): An 8k loop over the scenic, traffic-free, paved roads of High Park. Starts on Colborne Lodge Drive, between the Schoolhouse and the Grenadier Café.

5km Course (11:00am-Walk or Run): Starts on West Road, curves around Grenadier Café, north on Colborne Lodge Dr., west on West road, moves onto the path towards Grenadier Pond and follows the 8k route for the remainder. Ideal for casual walkers and joggers, as well as serious competitors. ChampionChip timing for all.

There's also some added competition within the race for people who don't think they'll actually win the race such as the Best Dressed Runner Award where one lucky best dressed runner will be selected to win a $100 gift card to use at Harry Rosen.

All runners will receive a medal. Perhaps not as good as a Winter Olympic medal, but it's right up there as the next best thing.
