Central Blues Australian Football Club

The Club is happy to announce that we have selected the coaching staff for 2012.

Division 1 men's team coach will be Daniel "Willsy" Wills (pictured above). As an Australian, Willsy brings with him many years of playing experience and passion for the game. Not only was Willsy a member of the 2011 OAFL all-star team, but he was also the Blues' 2011 Best & Fairest. Assisting Willsy with his coaching duty will be Richard "Richo" Jenner and Kien "Keno" La.

Division 2 team will be coached by Richard "Richo" Jenner. Richo has many years of playing experience and is known around the club for his ability to provide one-on-one mentoring to new recruits and improving players.  Richo has been playing for the Blues since 2007 and is well known around the club both on and off the field.  Richo will be assisted by 2010 Blues' most improved player Arnold "Guv" Quirong, who recently returned to the Blues after playing and working in Australia in 2011.

Rounding out the coaching staff is Blues co-founder Bruce Parker returning to his role of head coach of the women's team.  Bruce brings over a decade of playing and coaching experience and helped to introduce women's footy to the OAFL in 2010.

The Blues possess a massive amount of talent, team cohesion and energy. With dedicated coaches, energetic members and supporting fans, the Blues are ready to reclaim the top ranking position once again. Be a part of the excitement and get ready to watch the team play footy the "Blues' Way"!!
