Two women named to Aussie Rules team
A pair of Mississauga women have been selected to represent Team Canada at the upcoming International Cup Australian rules football tournament, taking place in Australia from Aug. 15-27.

 The Blues' women have had an amazing season and one of the many people tracking their success online has been last year's captain Rochelle Allan. Rochelle has been in Australia since May and while she has missed playing with the Blues, her time in Brisbane has taught her a lot about Australian football both on and off the field.

The Blues Women had their 3 game win streak ended by the Eagles. Missing Ruck Kelsey Blair and Rover Renee Tong the Blues coaching staff had the tough task of shuffling positions.

With the sun finally starting to break through the women's game got underway between the the OAFL's other new women's team the Lady Roos. The Blues looked to continue their winning ways with the return of Molly and Sally to the lineup.
